The client is an online merchant deals in apparels and toys based in the United states, selling thousands of products on marketplaces and his own website. The client wants to fix the issues he finds while selling products on Amazon regarding the suppressed listings and wants to push revenue by doing the same.
As an online seller while uploading products on his Amazon Seller Central account he uploaded all the products inrush and that can be the reason product images and descriptions were not well formatted and well organized. Also, some time product’s information on backend was correct, but on front end images and other information was completely different. It was getting merged with other seller’s information.
The project involved fixing quality of 75000 listings which were on Amazon account and bringing back listings on search results as it were appearing on Amazon search results before being suppressed. And the real challenge was turnaround time for this project. The client gave only 40 working days to complete this task.
Although it was not too complex task for us, but kind of turnaround time and maintaining the quality for each product was a main concern for us. We deployed a team of 32 employees , 20 data experts 8 graphic experts, 3 Quality Analysist. There was one account manager to manage complete project and to interact with client on daily and hourly basis. We also spoke with the Amazon support team to identify the root cause of this sudden product suspension. Constant coordinating with Amazon support and with client, also hard work of 22 skilled employees and quality analysis for constant quality checks, pays back. We delivered the project with in time.
The client mentioned that he spoke with many competitors offering similar services in the market, but no one said that they can deploy a team of 22 experts to complete this task in 40 working days. The Client was extremely happy with delivered services and gave us a lot of appreciation and we felt happy by making our client happy.
